While a fee can be a sign of a scam, independent contractors are responsible for their own expenses.

Another way to utilize your talent and business skills is to run corporate workshops online. Of course, these steps are pushing you towards a rich and successful future, but that doesn’t mean you won’t fail once or twice. You might put your money in an investment and it flops. You might put time towards building your personal brand to have it struggle to get off the ground. But that doesn’t mean you should throw in the towel and give up. It really is that easy, and I think a lot of people don’t realize that. It’s just a psychological barrier nowadays since many can’t imagine what having $1 million feels like. In reality, $1 million isn’t that much money anymore. That might sound ridiculous, but I know I’m going to need much more than $1 million to retire someday. I’m not sure what my millionaire story will be yet, but I’m certain it’s going to involve self-employment since and not a job.

We’re constantly looking for short-cuts and “get rich quick” schemes, looking back on our own lives and self-reflecting. Believe me, I’ve been there. But the truth of the matter is that wealth and millionaire status is not easy to obtain. There is no trick to see the dollars stack up and the cash flow skyrocket. It’s actually a lot of work. But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. If you’re dedicated, ambitious, and disciplined, you have what it takes to get rich.
Once you have that problem or need nailed, the next step is to validate that idea and make sure you’ve actually got customers who will pay for it. This means building a minimum viable product, getting objective feedback from real customers, incorporating updates, testing the market for demand, and getting pricing feedback to ensure there’s enough of a margin between your costs and what consumers are willing to pay.
